Registered with the Spanish Commercial Registry — Protocol 2026/2435, Entry 2026/3442, Sheet CA-69390 (20/05/2026). By creating an account you accept these Terms.
1. Account
You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Subscription & payments
Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law (EU: 14-day right of withdrawal if no digital quota was consumed after accepting immediate start).
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal, defamatory, infringing or spam content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or overloading the platform.
- No use of AI generation for impersonation or disinformation.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you generate or upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
5. AI and accuracy
AI-generated articles may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings.
6. Intellectual property
The IndexSOS software, brand and design are owned by Lumendra Labs.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. You can cancel your account at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
For EU consumers, the law of your country of residence applies. For business clients: Spanish law and Madrid courts.
